Shipping Policy

After your order has been processed, your order will ship to your desired location. Location addresses that are typically ideal to ship your rental equipment include: business address, hotel address, convention center address, university address or home address. If you will not be available to receive your rental equipment in person at the time your equipment is expected to be delivered, a dependable individual(s) such as a hotel concierge, will be able to sign for and accept the delivery. A signature will be required upon receiving the rental equipment.
Excluding Next Day, overnight or rental orders that begin on Monday, your order will be scheduled to arrive one day prior to the beginning of your rental period.

Rentals that begin on Monday will usually be scheduled to arrive on Friday afternoon or Monday morning. Next Day rental orders are typically delivered by 8:30 AM or 10:30 AM on the day that your rental period begins. If you have special delivery needs or emergency delivery needs please let us know as soon as possible by calling (800) 574-0212.

Our equipment is purposely shipped to arrive a day prior to the beginning of your rental period as courtesy to avoid delay in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances and so you have time to ensure that everything is as it should be with your rental equipment and any troubleshooting that may be needed is completed well-before you need to use it. Even though you will typically receive your equipment a day prior to your rental period, charges will not apply until the specific day your rental period begins.

Our orders are processed every business day (Monday through Friday). Orders that are submitted online or by phone after 6:00 PM ET will be processed immediately the following business day.

We have a standard round-trip shipping rate of $39 that applies to orders placed at least three days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled rental date. After-hours shipping, overnight shipping, and certain cases of bulky equipment deliveries (such as projector screens) will cause different shipping rates to apply.

Rental Equipment Return

Our rental equipment typically comes in customized shipping cases and is always to be returned through FedEx. There will always be a prepaid shipping label included in your shipment for an easier return process. Before you return your equipment, be sure that all equipment and components are included and packaged correctly using the packing materials that came with your rental equipment. Your rental equipment must be given to FedEx on the final day of your rental period to ensure that receives the equipment on the expected return date. You can drop off your rental equipment at a secure FedEx pick-up location such as a FedEx Store. Click here to find the location of a FedEx store nearest you.
